There Coupé floor lamp of Oluce, designed in 1967 by Joe Colombo, has been able to stand the test of time unscathed, becoming a design classic of the twentieth century. On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the launch of this design icon, Oluce has chosen to produce a limited gold-colored edition of 500 numbered copies, each with an engraving on the base celebrating the fiftieth anniversary.

The direct light lamp has a painted metal base and a chromed rod; the gold-painted aluminum reflector is swiveling and adjustable, thanks to a practical mechanism that allows you to direct the light beam in different directions, moving the cap in different directions, up, down and sideways.

The Coupé collection was originally designed as a variant of the Spider series, also designed by Joe Colombo, and with it it shares the lines of the base and the stem. In the same collection, there are two variants of the shell, semi-cylindrical or semi-spherical ; over the decades other floor and wall models have also been developed to complete the collection.
