In every type of structure, joints represent a crucial element: although not very visible or sometimes hidden, they ensure stability and solidity. The design reflection for the Hug tables has focused on them. The frame literally embraces the legs, which are thus embedded in its peripheral curves. The joints fully serve their structural role, giving the table a strong aesthetic connotation. Furthermore, thanks to its 'within reach' position just below the top, the frame serves an additional function, offering support for a series of three accessories – a bag hook, a tray, and a pen holder – that can be attached and moved freely.
